NOW OFFERS LESS THAN 24 CHICKS PER ORDER
Order Minimums
For years we had a minimum of 24 chicks per order. That many chicks in a box huddled close together provided the chicks with the required heat to get to their destination. The inherent problem with that was for many of our customers it was either too expensive or just too many chicks. We now offer our customers the option of ordering as few as 12 chicks when they include the new “cozy chick” heated and insulated shipping carton with their chick purchase. With a small disposable 60 hour heat pack (designed for the animal industry) and double layer foam insulation we have been having great successes shipping fewer quantities of chicks. There is a $9.50 charge for this insulation package. Orders of less than 17 chicks will automatically have the cozy chick carton option added to their order.
